Definitely not 4 stars. The hotel was empty and super quiet. Problem is the window doesn't isolate from the outside and so I could hear people talking on the street. To use the garage, you have to go/call the reception, which is a time waster. Breakfast was "ok". Doesn't worth the value.

Unbelievably bad. Everything was broken. The water was tepid and when I tried to complain the manger just told me it was hot. It wasn’t. He was exceptionally rude. Would not recommend on any level. By far the worst hotel I have stayed in in Portugal

The Hotel is very nice as is the staff but I had an horrible night due to the bad insulation of the room which combined with a party which took place in a house across the street was a real nightmare during almost all night... I warned the reception but no real action was made. A real shame for such a promising Hotel...

Wonderful staff and big room. WiFi did not work in the room nor did it work down in the lobby or bar area, just would not connect. The front desk people experienced same problem and said the internet was not very good. Hotel seemed overpriced given internet did not work in room nor downstairs.
